At Croft House, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our handmade furniture and want you to be completely satisfied with your investment. If your piece isn't a perfect fit for your home, we offer a 30-day return window for standard collection items in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure the item is secured in its original packaging or equivalent protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Transportation

  Our logistics partners will coordinate a convenient pickup time; please note that return shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee will apply.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once the item is received at our Los Angeles workshop and passes a quality inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
